- Our buying team is trained to a high standard of authentication and carefully examines every item we purchase. In addition, we partner with Entrupy, which is considered the gold standard in authentication.
- Once we receive your items in-store, they undergo an in-house authentication process. We may also need to authenticate certain items through a third-party authentication service. If an item is confirmed to be authentic, you will be notified and paid out if the item is not being consigned.
- If an item is determined to be inauthentic or its authenticity cannot be guaranteed, a $75 authentication fee will apply. This fee will either be deducted from your total payout if you have sold us other items, or we will contact you to process your credit card information over the phone.
